Project Overview
Uttishtha Earthquake and Structural Engineers provided structural engineering consultancy services for Project W in Saudi Arabia, supporting the project team in the development and delivery of technically robust, efficient, and constructible structural solutions.
The project presented a range of structural engineering challenges requiring close coordination between architectural, structural, and multidisciplinary design requirements. Our Scope of Services
Our structural engineering involvement included:
- Structural analysis and design of the proposed structures and structural systems.

- Identification and resolution of structural design and coordination issues during the design development process.
- Provision of engineering advice to support construction methodology, sequencing, and site-related requirements.
- Preparation and review of technical documentation in accordance with applicable Saudi and international design requirements.
Engineering Approach
Our approach to Project W was centred on combining fundamental structural engineering principles with modern digital engineering workflows.
Structural models and analysis were developed to provide a clear understanding of the behaviour of the structural system under the governing design conditions. Particular attention was given to structural efficiency, load paths, stability, constructability, and coordination with the wider project team.
Where appropriate, BIM and computational engineering techniques were incorporated to improve design coordination, automate repetitive engineering processes, and enhance the consistency and quality of project deliverables.
